This 6 acre preserve in the middle of Henderson allows for a great way to get outside and enjoy nature. With a little over 4 miles of trails, this preserve has something the whole family can enjoy. Several social trails have been burned in over the years, but the main trails are either paved or dirt. The main interpretive loop is located at the park entrance and offers several fun and interactive learning activities. Most of this trail network is rated as easy, with a few steeper inclines throughout.
A mile long ADA trail spans the perimeter of the park and is mostly paved. A motorized mobility device with all-terrain tires would help navigating the unpaved portions much easier.
