The Lazy 5 Regional Park Trail is a (length)-mile dirt trail that winds around Lazy 5 Regional Park. It is mostly flat and available to hikers, runners, and bikers. There is no shade on this trail, so please remember to wear a hat and sunscreen when it's sunny out. There are restrooms near the trailhead by the main parking lot.

Washoe County Parks and Open SpaceLazy 5 Regional Park has a large parking lot with limited handicap parking spaces. There are no designated spaces for trailers or oversized vehicles. Additional parking can be found at the nearby Spanish Springs Library and Cottonwood Community Center, but please adhere to their rules regarding parking lot usage.
